Everything is plug and play, again if you buy the side fan get a 200mm not 2 120mm because the 120mm make more noise. Now it runs nice and quiet and I keeps everything running cool..

I upgraded from a NZXT Apollo case after 3+ years of ownership and found the HAF 922 to be amazing.
While the Apollo was good for its day, running 4+ hard drives, (2) 4770's in crossfire, and a V8 Cooler, things got very crampt and the airflow suffered. Now my temps have dropped around 10C for my hard drives, mainboard and cpu. My vga temps dropped as well but I added coolers to them so the temps weren't direct comparisons.
The included fans on the 922 move air fairly well and very quietly. There is no side fan included but I had (2) 120mm fans laying around and mounted them to the side cover with no problem.
One of my main concerns when purchasing this case was making sure my Coolermaster V8 would fit. Once everything was put together I still had about a 1/2" to spare between the cooler and the top 120mm fan on the side door.
Another issue with my Apollo case was the tight space around the hard drives. The Sata cables never quite had enough room. Now the drives not only have enough room for the cables but there is plenty of room for air to circulate around them.
The case is well constructed and easy to put together. The front LED is a nice feature but I leave it off. Having room behind the motherboard to run cables or change the cpu/cooler is a great feature that should be on all cases. The only issue was fitting the mounting rails on my 3.5" memory card reader. I had to mount it upside down to fit properly and it really doesn't bother me.
Overall its one of the best cases I've come across and everyone who sees it wants to go out and buy one. Its perfect for gaming and provides a great cooling solution for anyone with a older cluttered case.
