Comments about Antennas Direct Antennas Direct DB8 Multidirectional HD Antenna:

Works great. Instructions not well written, thank goodness for the photos. Using this antenna outdoors to receive both UHF & VHF. Both channel 10 & 23 towers are 47.5 miles from here. Have indoor amp which helps, may look into getting one that mounts close to the antenna. All in all, once assembled, well made & does the job. Sure beats paying for ads on cable each & every month. pulls in stations from far away

Good Value, Small Size
Best Uses:
Pickin up far stations
Bottom Line:

Comments about Antennas Direct Antennas Direct DB8 Multidirectional HD Antenna:

I live just north of colorado springs, and wanted to pick up denver stations on digital tv. My old antenna would not do it. I put the db8 on my roof and now can pick up denver stations 60 miles away. Using an amplifer makes it even better. Note, though that the pointed direction of the antenna is very directional. Moving the antenna a few degrees side to side can lose the signal from denver. It does pick up closer colorado springs stations behind the antenna though.

Comments about Antennas Direct Antennas Direct DB8 Multidirectional HD Antenna:

I installed this antenna in my attic and aimed it at Baltimore (about 30 mi away). Without using a preamp and a cable run of about 40 ft., I get all the UHF HiDef stations with signal levels in the 50% - 75% range. Exactly what I was hoping for. This antenna is very directional. I was hoping I'd also be able to pick up D.C. stations which are about 60-70 degrees apart from B'more and also 30-40 mi away. No luck, but not a big deal since most network programming is the same anyway.

Service & Delivery comments:

I ordered this on a Tuesday afternoon. Order was processed the same day, shipped on Wednesday and on my doorstep Thursday. Free shipping, 2 day service, how can you go wrong? Probably helps that the warehouse was in PA and I'm in MD. ;)
