This product operates as advertised but the HD is not of much use. I'm probably going to return the product. There are flat screen TV's for less than $275 on sale that have HD tuners built in and are 19" widescreen glass and can operate as a PC monitor. So, by the time you buy this and a 19" flat panel monitor your getting close to the same price and you don't have HD capability. Buy the TV instead. I did and I got 16 channels of real HD through my local cable.
