I've been on the phone with a tech 4 times now for an hour each time. We finally got the software on and I have printed a couple of photos from the camera but, have not been able to print from the computer. The last tech gave up saying it must be my antivirus ware stopping it from working. Why do all of my other programs work fine then? Really frustrated.
