I am a Medical Supplies Retailer. I have had many people over the years who have "stiffed me" and then moved. This product allowed me to organize my debtor files, to actually FIND my debtors, and to GET PAID!
Customer Service was great. They always answer their phones, and they walked me through the software so that I was able to start using it efficiently from DAY 1!

Reported a couple customers to the credit bureaus for not paying me. It really ticked them off but I got the bill's paid finally.
